KIR MAN Sidoarjo adalah sebuah kelompok edukasi yang berada di bawah naungan OSIS MAN Sidoarjo yang berfokus pada bidang ilmiah, lebih tepatnya dalam hal mengasah kreatifitas. KIR MAN Sidoarjo dibentuk atas usulan salah sau guru Biologi MAN Sidoarjo sebagai suatu ekstrakurikuler, namun baru menjadi organisasi pada tahun 2013 di bawah binaan Bapak Amik Amri Ramadhi, M.Pd selaku pembina KIR saat itu.
